Why we started.
Talented students lose years on the path to healthcare, not because they lack ability, but because no one helped them see the whole route. Advice arrives too late, too general, or not at all.
Ascent exists to change that. We sit down with students in person, learn their whole story, and build a plan that covers every stage, from the first semester to the acceptance letter.

Who guides you.
Every student works with one lead advisor who knows their whole file. Behind that advisor is a network of physicians and residents trained at medical schools across the country, who join for mock interviews, specialty conversations, school-specific insight, and essay feedback.
As each new pathway opens, specialists from that profession, such as PAs, dentists, and veterinarians, join to lead it.

Where we meet.
We're based along the Wasatch Front, with regular visit days in Rexburg and Boise. Meetings happen in person at convenient spots near campus, with video calls in between.
